The Subject Of This Order Is: 1) Delivery Of A Bms System For The Modernization Of The Existing Control And Measurement Infrastructure In The Building Of The International Congress Center In Katowice In The Scope Of: 1. Modernization Of The Automation Systems Of Air Handling Units (I&C) Consisting In The Delivery And Replacement Of Controllers And Complete Control And Measurement Equipment (Temperature Sensors, Pressure Transmitters, Damper And Valve Actuators) Along With The Integration Of The Bms System For 41 Existing Units 2. Modernization Of Control Cabinets And Nodes Consisting In The Delivery And Replacement Of New Controllers And Integration With The Bms System For 12 Cabinets (Bms-Rch Cabinets, The Scope Also Includes The Replacement Of The Instrumentation And Control Equipment): 3. Modernization Of The Network Infrastructure In The Scope Of:  Replacement Of The Necessary Structured Cabling Along With The Replacement And Configuration Of Active Devices For The Needs Of System Communication.  Documentation: Preparation Of Full As-Built Documentation (Electrical Diagrams, Communication Protocols, User Manuals).  Delivery, Implementation And Transfer Of Complete Application Source Files For Each Object Controller.  Preparation Of Full As-Built Documentation Necessary For The Proper Management Of The Bms System, Including Electrical Diagrams, Communication Protocols, Operating Manuals, Etc.. 4. Delivery And Installation Of 2 Workstations For Bms Management Purposes, 5. Replacement Of The Existing Air Conditioning Unit In The Bms Server Room, 6. Instruction For Users And Technical Staff - The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Instruction For The Technical Staff For A Minimum Of 8 Hours Clocks At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Scope Of The Instruction:  Using The Graphical Interface (Visualization) And Navigating The System.  Modification Of Settings And Time Schedules.  Alarm Diagnostics, Analysis Of Failure Causes.  Administrative Procedures: User Management, Server Operation And Backup Of Controller Applications And Bms Database.  Replacing The Driver, Uploading The Application. 2) Before Commencing Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform A Detailed Inventory Of The Functionality Of The Installed Hardware And Software. 3) Based On The Completed Inventory, The Contractor May Start Work In Accordance With The Terms Of The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 6 To Swz 4) As Part Of The Modernization, It Is Required To Replace The Existing Controllers Of Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Units With Modern Controllers Based On The Bacnet Protocol And To Dismantle All Network Devices And Tools, As Well As Replace The Server With A New One. 5) As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver A New Rack Server Device With The Current Version Of The Intouch Program And The Current Operating System, Including A Keyboard, Mouse And Monitor. 6) The Minimum Technical Parameters Of Individual Elements Of The Bms System Are Included In Annex No. 6 To Swz - Specification
