This Project Aims To Recover Microbial Genomes From Soil Samples. The Long Read Sequencing Data Requested For This Project Is Essential To The Recovery Process Along With The Dna Modifications That Will Support The Advanced Metagenomic Binning Process. To Enable Comparisons With Existing Data, It Is Essential That The Dna Is Extracted With The Qiagen Powersoil Pro Kit, Then Purified For Short Fragments (<1000 Bp) Using Spri Based Purification, And That The Sequencing Is Performed With The Latest Nanopore Chemistry And The Latest Flow Cells.
