The Casino License Became Inviolable Under Public Procurement Law After Ten Calendar Days From The Publication Of The Ex-Ante Announcement On October 20, 2025 (Section 135 Paragraph 3 Sentence 1 Of The Act Against Restraints Of Competition (Gwb)). The Casino Concession Is To Be Classified As A Service Concession Within The Meaning Of Section 105 Paragraph 1 No. 2 Of The Gwb. For Eu Procurement Law And Eu State Aid Law Reasons, The Sale Of The Shares In Spielbank Sh Gmbh Will Take Place In A Transparent, Non-Discriminatory, Unconditional And Competitive Eu-Wide Procurement Process.
