The Subject Of The Public Order Is The Supply Of Net Electrical Energy By A Contractor, Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, For Low Voltage With The Assumption Of The Costs Of Imbalances For Sites Of The Municipality Of Tundzha. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Select A Supplier Of Electricity And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, By Concluding A Contract For Combined Services In The Sense Of Art. 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Art. 20 From Ptee For A Period Of 12 Months. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Consumption That Will Be Supplied For The Duration Of The Contract Is 2649.78 Mwh. The Volume Of The Order Is Determined On The Basis Of Consumption In Mwh For The Period 04.2025 - 03.2026 Of The Objects For A 12-Month Period According To Itn, Specified In The Reference For Consumption Of Electrical Energy M. 04 2025 - M. 03. 2026 - Appendix No. 2 To Technical Specifications. On The Basis Of Article 21, Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Provides An Option For The Delivery Of Additional Amounts Of Mwh Of Net Electrical Energy Worth Up To 50,000 Euros, Not Incl. Vat. If Necessary, Within The Term Of The Contract, The Employer May Include New Objects, For Which He Will Pay The Delivery At The Price Agreed With The Contractor Under The Terms Of The Concluded Contract. When Performing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes: - To Comply With The Provisions Laid Down In The Energy Act (El) And Its Regulations, As Well As All Regulatory Requirements Laid Down In The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy (Ptee) And Other Relevant Regulatory Documents; - To Include The Clients Sites In A Standard Balancing Group, Without The Client Paying A Participation Fee; - To Perform All Necessary Actions In Order To Ensure The Implementation Of This Contract And Not To Be Removed From The Balancing Energy Market; - To Carry Out The Supply Of Electricity Of The Required Quality Through The Sale Of The Agreed Quantity Of Net Electricity At The Place Of Supply; - To Notify The Contracting Authority Immediately In The Event Of Impossibility Or Delay In Performance Of Its Obligations Under The Concluded Contract. In His Capacity As The Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, To Provide Forecasting Of The Consumption Of The Contracting Authoritys Sites And To Carry Out Planning And Negotiation Of Specific Amounts Of Net Electric Energy, According To Ptee. The Contractor Should Carry Out The Activities On The Subject Of The Order In A High Quality And On Time, In Full Compliance With The Requirements Provided For In The Energy Act /Ze/, The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy /Ptee/, The Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electric Energy /Pikee/, As Well As Other Relevant Legal Acts.* The Estimated Amount Of Electric Energy Does Not Limit Or Oblige The Employer To Use It In Full. Estimated Value For A Fixed Allowance For 1 Mwh Is Eur 7.00 /Seven Euros/ Excluding Vat.
