The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Implementation Of Work Consisting In The Modernization Of The School Kitchen Of The Masaryk Elementary School In Vracov. Construction Modifications Mainly Concern The Interior Of The Building, New Electrical, Water, Sewage And Air-Conditioning Systems. Thanks To The Implementation Of The Project, There Will Be Energy Savings In The Affected Building. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Specified In More Detail In The Project Documentation (Appendix No. 5 Of The Procurement Documentation) And The List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Measurements (Appendix No. 2 Of The Procurement Documentation). The Contracting Authority Draws Attention To The Fact That The Selected Supplier Is Obliged To Provide The Supplier Of Gastrotechnology With All Necessary Cooperation Within The Framework Of The Performance Of The Public Contract, In Particular To Allow Access To The Construction Site, To Coordinate The Work Progress And To Respect The Schedule Of Delivery And Installation Of Gastrotechnology, Which Will Take Place Simultaneously With The Performance Of This Public Contract. The Selected Contractor Is Obliged To Adapt The Organization Of His Work To This Fact So That There Are No Delays Or Collisions. Part Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Ensuring The Installation Of Measurements For The Purpose Of Introducing Energy Management According To The Methodology Of The Environmental Operational Program (Which Forms Annex No. 9 Of The Procurement Documentation) And Further Training Of Users From The Point Of View Of Operation And The Fulfillment Of The Energy Parameters Determined By The Energy Assessment (Which Forms Annex No. 4 Of The Procurement Documentation) During The Sustainability Of The Project. The Specific Technical Solution And The Scope Of Measurements Are Defined In The Project Documentation (Appendix No. 5 Of The Procurement Documentation) And The List Of Construction Works (Appendix No. 2 Of The Procurement Documentation).
