The Aim Of The Competition Is To Provide An Architectural, Technical And Economic Response In Relation To The Program Of This Operation. This Is A Restricted Sketch Competition. The Jury Will Be Made Up Of People Independent Of The Competition Participants. At Least One Third Of The Jury Members Will Have The Qualification Of Project Manager. Pursuant To Articles R. 2162-23 And R. 2162-24, The Members Of The Jury Are Appointed According To The Agencys Own Rules. These Consultation Regulations Concern The First Phase Of Selection Of Applications.
