Scope Of Work To Be Performed: 1. The Woodwork Must Be Subjected To Ongoing Maintenance, Existing Paint Layers Must Be Removed. The Wooden Window Structure Must Be Cleaned And Supplemented. 2. Windows And Their Frames Should Be Painted In Multiple Layers And Varnished. 3. Elements That Have Been Damaged And Corroded Beyond Repair Should Be Replaced With Identical Ones, Recreated In Accordance With The Technology Typical Of The Original. 4. Replacement Of Glazing In Windows In Which It Was Damaged With Identical Glass Originally Used - Flat Glass, Hand-Blown, Hand-Formed, 2-3.5 Mm Thick, Yellow-Green In Color. Ordering Partys Requirements: 1. The Order Is Divided Into 2 Stages (In Accordance With The Scope Specified In The Appendix Stages Of Order Implementation). The Expected Completion Date Of Stage 1 Is August 31, 2026 (To Be Agreed With The Contractor Selected As A Result Of This Procedure). The Deadline For The Implementation Of Stage 2 Is December 11, 2026. 2. The Materials Used For Repairs During The Current Maintenance Of Windows Must Have Approvals, Certificates And A Declaration Of Conformity. These Documents Must Be Submitted To The Ordering Party Before The Commencement Of Works. Only Materials Of A Quality Standard That Guarantee Failure-Free Use Should Be Used. The Exception Is Window Glazing (The Properties Of The Glass Must Be In Accordance With The Provisions Given In Point Ii. 3. The Use Of Individual Materials Must Be In Accordance With The Manufacturers Guidelines, E.G. Permissible Air Temperature Range During Use, Etc. 4. The Work May Only Be Performed By A Construction Company With Appropriate Equipment And Employees With Appropriate Qualifications. 5. All Work Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Construction Practice And Applicable Polish Standards And The Construction Law, Observing Technological Breaks And Regulations. Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection. 6. The Work Must Be Carried Out Under The Supervision Of Persons Authorized To Perform Independent Functions In The Construction Industry. 7. The Contractor Should Include In The Offer All The Components Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order, Including: 1) Performing The Work In A Clean Manner, Cleaning Up After The Work To Prevent Spreading And Contamination Of The Facility; 2) Storing Materials And Joinery In A Way That Does Not Hinder Communication And The Functioning Of The Facilities - In Places Agreed With The Ordering Party; 3) Disposal Of Construction Waste To A Licensed Landfill; 4) Organization Of Facilities For Ongoing Maintenance Work, Taking Into Account The Needs Related To The Expected Number Of Employees.
