Tampereen Seudun Keskuspuithamamo Oy Tenders Financial And Payroll Administration Services As Well As The Entire System. The Competition Covers Financial Management (Such As Accounting, Ledgers, Payment Processing) And Payroll Services, As Well As The System Set Needed To Manage These Processes. The Goal Is An Overall Solution Where Services And Parts Of The Systems Work Together Seamlessly And Are The Responsibility Of One Supplier With Overall Responsibility. Tampereen Seudun Keskuspuithamamo Oy Wants To Find A Long-Term And Strategic Partner Through Tendering To Be Responsible For The Entire Financial And Payroll Administration, Develop Operations And Ensure The Efficiency Of Processes And Compliance With Legislation. The Object Of The Procurement Is Divided Into Five (5) Entities, Which Are: 1. Financial And Payroll Administration Services, Covering The Financial And Payroll Administration Tasks According To A Separate Responsibility Distribution Table. 2. Access Rights For The Financial Administration System. 3. Support And Maintenance Services Of The Financial Administration System Complex, Covering Continuous Support And Maintenance Services Of The Financial Administration System Complex Within The Agreed Scope. 4. Complementary Expert Services, Covering The Acquisition Of Separately Ordered Expert Work For Tasks According To The Object, Such As, But Not Limited To These Examples, Further Development Of The Financial Management System And The Organization Of Trainings. 5. The Delivery And Implementation Project Of The Financial Management System Package, Covering The Delivery Of The Financial Management System Package, The Implementation Of The Financial Management System Package And Its Support And Maintenance Services, And The Conversion And Migration Of The Subscribers Existing Data. For The Sake Of Clarity, It Is Stated That The Customer Will Not Acquire A Separate Personnel Management System Based On This Contract. The Entity To Be Acquired Is Described Above In Points 1-5.
