The Contracting Organization Intends To Purchase The Repair And Reconstruction Works Of Kaunas City Communication Lines (In The Wards Of Center - Žaliakalnis, Dainavas, Eigulia, Petrašiūnai - Gričiupios). The Procuring Organization, In Carrying Out This Public Procurement, Plans To Enter Into A Preliminary Purchase Agreement With 3 (Three) (Or Less Than 3 (Three), If Less Than 3 (Three)) Suppliers Are Recognized As The Winning Suppliers, On The Basis Of Which The Main Procurement Contracts For The Repair And Reconstruction Of Communication Communications Will Be Concluded With The Suppliers Who Concluded This Contract. The Preliminary Contract Will Be Carried Out By Renewing The Competition Of Suppliers (The Procedure Of Renewed Competition May Not Be Carried Out In The Event That The Preliminary Contract Is Concluded With Only One Supplier And There Is No Need To Purchase The Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Works).
