The Procuring Organization Plans To Purchase Training Services Under The Program Of Special Pedagogy And Special Psychology Qualification Improvement Courses. The Requirements For The Procurement Object Are Set Out In Appendix 9 Of The Special Procurement Conditions Drafts Of The Preliminary Contract And The Main Contract With Annexes. In Carrying Out This Public Procurement, The Procuring Organization Plans To Enter Into A Preliminary Contract For The Purchase Of Services With 4 Suppliers Or With A Smaller Number Of Suppliers, If Less Than 4 Suppliers Will Be Recognized As The Winners Of The Tender. On The Basis Of The Preliminary Contract, The Main Contracts For The Purchase Of Services For Training In Accordance With The Special Pedagogy And Special Psychology Qualification Improvement Course Program Will Be Concluded With The Suppliers Who Concluded It. The Purchase Is Carried Out For The Benefit Of The Kaunas Education Innovation Center.
