The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Within This Procurement Procedure Is: A) The Supply Of A New (Not Refurbished) Medical Device - A System For The Central Mixing Of Dialysis Solutions For Use In A Hemodialysis Center, Including Transport To The Clients Headquarters, Installation, Assembly - Commissioning And Carrying Out The Necessary Tests For Commissioning In Accordance With Applicable Legislation, Operator Instruction In Accordance With Applicable Legislation, In Particular Act No. 375/2022 Coll. On Medical Devices And In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices As Amended - Min. Scope 1 Working Day When System Operation Is Started And Then The Presence Of An Application Specialist During The Subsequent Mixing (At The Date And Time As Agreed With The Contracting Authority) Part Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also The Provision Of A Free Guarantee For Quality According To § 2113 Et Seq. Of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code With A Duration Of 24 Months And Free Implementation Of The Warranty Authorized Service Security Required For The Operation Of The Medical Device In Accordance With Act No. 375/2022 Coll. B) Partial Deliveries Of Concentrates For Central Mixing Of Dialysis Solutions In Barrels And Partial Deliveries Of Dialysis Solutions In Canisters In The Specification And Expected Volume Specified In Annex No. 4 Of This Zd, For A Period Of Min. 120 Months (10 Years) And Under The Conditions Specified In The Relevant Terms And Conditions. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes Transport To The Place Of Performance As Well As All Other Deliveries And Services Related To Partial Deliveries. C) Provision Of Post-Warranty Authorized Service Security For A Period Of Min. 96 Months (8 Years) From The End Of The Warranty, Under The Conditions Specified In The Relevant Terms And Conditions.
