Products The Contractor Offers The Prices For The Software Assurances For The First, Second, Third And Fourth Contract Years For The Products Listed In The Attached Price Sheet Under The Conditions Of The Above Microsoft Group Contract, Taking Into Account All Discounts Or Surcharges. The Requirements Stated For The Individual Contract Years Correspond To The Quantities Currently Used; Adjustments To The Actual Quantities To Be Reported Are Possible Annually Via True Ups. The First Contract Year Begins For All Licenses With The Exception Of The M365-E5 Licenses On February 1, 2027. A Separate Enterprise Agreement Exists For These Licenses Until January 31, 2027. There Is An Exception For The M365 E5 Licenses (Position 16 In The Price Sheet). These Must Be Delivered Immediately After The Acceptance Of The Contract, Planned For July 1St, 2026 (See Further Information Under Contract Period). The Quantities Stated In The Price Sheet Are The Basis For Calculation And May Differ From The Quantity To Be Ordered Later; There Is No Obligation To Purchase. In Addition To The Products Listed In The Price Sheet, There May Be Additional License Requirements And Microsoft Products That Are Not Listed And Must Then Be Offered Separately. Licenses Must Be Managed Via The Microsoft Admin Center. Services The Lfa Förderbank Bayern Attaches Great Importance To The Possibility Of External Assistance In The Event Of Malfunctions And Defects On The Part Of The Future Contractor For The Proper Operation Of The Systems. A Distinction Is Made Between A License Help Desk And A Technical Help Desk. The License Helpdesk Includes The Following Services: - License And Contract Advice (In Particular Explaining The Product Terms And The Other Microsoft Terms And Contract Content) - Support For Annual Reporting (Trueup) - Ongoing Information On Changes To Product Licensing (In Particular Metrics And Product Changes) And Contractual Changes Or Extensions - Support And Advice In The Administration And Maintenance Of The Manufacturers License Portal - Services For The Provision Of Information (Including Price And Product Information). - The License Helpdesk Must Be Available On Working Days (Monday To Friday) Between 9:00 A.M. And 4:00 P.M. The Bavarian Public Holiday Calendar Applies. Since The Manufacturer Microsoft Has Discontinued The Software Assurance Benefits 24/7 Problem Resolution, Separate Technical Support Is Required. The Contractor Provides Extended Technical Support, Which Can Be Used By The Client If Necessary. Technical Support Must Be Available For Reactive Support Services By The Contractor (2Nd Level, Service Hours) And For Reactive Support Services By The Manufacturer Microsoft (3Rd Level, Manufacturer Hours). Escalations To The Manufacturer Must Be Carried Out In Coordination With The Lfa. The Lfa Has A Basic Fee Per Year And Service Hours For 2Nd And 3Rd Levels
