Dental-Practice Services – Provision Of Emergency Dental Services In České Budějovice. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is To Ensure The Provision Of Emergency Services Of Dentists In České Budějovice Within The Basic Network Of Emergency Services Offices Of The South Bohemian Region In The Scope And In Accordance With The Tender Conditions For An Indefinite Period. According To § 7A, Paragraph 1 Of Act No. 372/2011 Coll., On Health Services And The Conditions Of Their Provision (The Act On Health Services), As Amended (Hereinafter The Act On Health Services), An Emergency Service In The Field Of Dentistry Means The Provision Of Outpatient Care To Patients Outside Regular Office Hours In Cases Of A Sudden Change In Health Status Or Worsening Of The Course Of The Disease. The Supplier Will Be Obliged To Provide Emergency Services Of Dentists In A Medical Facility In The Territory Of The City Of České Budějovice In Two Surgeries: *) Pd – Labor Price; S, N, Pk – Saturday, Sunday, Non-Working Day 1. The Office Will Provide A Dental Emergency On Weekdays For 6 Hours Continuously At A Fixed Time 4-10 P.M. S, N, Fri 12 Hours Continuously At A Fixed Time 8 A.M.-8 P.M. 2. The Office Will Provide A Dental Emergency On S, N, Fk For 6 Hours Continuously At A Fixed Time 8 A.M.-8 P.M. The Surgery Is Ready To Provide Dental Emergency Services On So-Called Exposed Days, Namely Mondays For A Minimum Of 3 Hours And A Maximum Of 6 Hours Continuously During A Fixed Time 4-10 P.M. Sat, N, Fri A Maximum Of 12 Hours Continuously During A Fixed Time 8-8 P.M. Exposed Days Are Especially Days Associated With Public Holidays, School Holidays And Other Similarly Busy Days, According To The Increased Interest Of Patients In Dental Emergency, Current The Needs Of Patients And The Capacity Of The Health Care Provider.
