In This Case The Contractor Will Not Be Able To Assert The Right To Terminate The Contract. Further Amendments To The Contract Pursuant To Article 120, Paragraph 1, Letter A) Of The Code: Rai Reserves The Right, If Necessary During The Term Of The Contract, To Modify The Dimensional Capacity Of Each Contractual Item. In Particular, Rai, Depending On Specific Needs, Due To The Greater Use Of One Contractual Item Compared To Another, May Reduce The Least Used Item In Favor Of Increasing The Most Used Item, Without Prejudice To The Overall Value Of The Framework Agreement.
