The Company Carries Out Commercial And Technical Building Management (Including Inspection, Maintenance And Repairs) Over A 25-Year Operating Phase. In Contrast To This, The Contract Is Intended To Provide Maintenance (Inspection, Servicing And Repair) Of The Main Components Of Hydrogen Technology Such As The Electrolyser, Fuel Cell System And Compressor For Up To 15 Years. The Project Is Largely Financed By Grants. The Time Frame Envisages The Implementation Of The Ppp Process From Q2 2026 To Q1 2027, With Subsequent Construction And Operation Commencing By Q4 2029. According To Current Calculations, The Current Cost Forecast For The Realization Of The H2 Solution Lab Is Around Eur 30 To 35 Million Gross And Will Be Fixed With The Approval Notice For Further Funding At The Beginning Of Funding Phase 2. The Cost Forecast For The 25-Year Operating Phase Is Around Eur 10 To 15 Million Gross At Current Prices.
