Construction Work – Framework Agreement For Asphalt And Asphalt Services.. The Contracting Authority Needs To Enter Into A Framework Agreement For A Turnkey Contract For Asphalt And Asphalt Services. The Framework Agreement Shall Cover A Broad Spectrum Of Products And Services Related To Asphalting. The Framework Agreement Includes, But Is Not Limited To: - New Asphalting. - Asphalt Repairs -Lapping - Asphalt Products - Asphalt Paste - Asphalt Milling Speed Bumps - Hand Laying - Machine Laying. Traffic Management In The Event Of Call-Offs Against The Contract, The Contractor Shall, As A Main Rule, Be Responsible For, And Mostly Contribute To, Find Good Solutions For The Requested Assignments. This Shall Not Prevent Call-Offs On The Contract Where The Contracting Authority Risks Engineering Design Services Itself, And The Contracting Authoritys Designer Will Be Responsible For This.
