Legal Services – Enlj-Vod-Sp-41/26 Legal Support On The Teo Ljubljana Project. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Legal Support For The Teo Project. Legal Services On The Above-Mentioned Project Will Include In Particular (But Not Limited To): • Preparation Of (Legal) Letters, Responses And Other Documents From The Client That Could Have Legal Implications On The Above-Mentioned Project, • Preparation Of Legal Analyses, Memoranda, Studies And Other Project-Related Legal Documents, • Management Of Proceedings Before Competent Authorities And Forums, Including Proceedings Before Authorities In The Republic Of Slovenia, As Well As Other Existing Or Potential Proceedings, For All Of Which The Client Will, If Necessary, Grant The Provider A Special Authorization To Representation, • Consulting In The Preparation Of Tender Documentation, Contracts And Annexes, • All Other Legal Activities And Consulting That Would Be Necessary In Relation To The Mentioned Project, Either In Relation To The Contractor Or To Any Other Entity, Institution Or Any Other Body. An Approximate Amount Of 2,800 Working Hours Of Legal Support For The Planned Period Of 4 (Four) Years Is Planned For The Provision Of Services.
