Recruitment Services - Labor Hire (Waste Sorting Assistant Work). The Tenderer Wishes To Ensure The Performance Of His Waste Classification And Sorting Tasks Partly By Means Of Temporary Labor Hire. The Task Of The Winning Tenderer Is To Ensure The Appropriate Human Resource Base And To Perform Tasks Related To The Use Of Temporary Employees. During The Duration Of The Contract, The Tasks Covered By The Public Procurement Must Be Performed By A Minimum Of 40 And A Maximum Of 60 People, Based On The Order Of The Contracting Authority, In Terms Of The Amount Of Waste To Be Processed, 5 Days A Week (Monday-Friday), Also On Holidays, Planned 24 Hours A Day, In 2 12-Hour Shifts, From Which The Contracting Authority May Deviate In Justified Cases Based On Prior Notification. The Tenderer Reserves The Right To Take A Maximum Of 20% Of The Staff Per Year From The Contingent Employed Under The Loan, If It Has Its Own Vacant Position, Thereby Providing A Career Goal And A Career Path For The Loaned Employees.
