Infrastructure Works Consultancy Services – Audit On The State Of The Non-Concessional National Road Network. The Dgitm Is Responsible For Piloting The Management Of The Non-Concessional National Road Network (Rrnnc), A Strategic Asset For Mobility, The Economy And Territorial Cohesion. The Work Carried Out As Part Of The Ambition France Transports Conference In 2025 Reaffirmed The Priority Nature Of The Regeneration And Modernization Of Existing Infrastructure, In Particular The Rrnnc. This Work Was Based In Particular On The Results Of The External Audit Carried Out In 2017. As An Extension Of These Conclusions, The Government Has Initiated The Development Of A Draft Framework Law, To Be Followed By A Transport Infrastructure Programming Law. In This Context, The Audit Expected In 2026 Aims To Provide Independent External Insight Into The Investment Needs And Heritage Management Trajectories Of The Non-Concessional National Road Network (Rrnnc), In Particular By Updating The Conclusions Of The External Audit Carried Out In 2017. It Is Part Of An Approach To Analyzing The Heritage Management Policy Implemented By The State And Concerns The Approaches Adopted To Define The Maintenance, Regeneration And Renewal Policies Of The Network Over A 10 To 20 Year Horizon. The Audit Will Take Place In 3 Phases: 1 Evaluation Of The Current Road Maintenance Policy; 2 Prognosis Of Changes In The State Of The Network According To The Current Road Maintenance Policy; 3 Scenarios For Optimizing The Road Maintenance Policy
