Zygmuntowskich 5 In Lublin, In The Following Scope: Stage I (Basic Order) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of: A) A Complete Multi-Sector Construction Design, Along With Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit And An Executive Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimate For The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Municipal Stadium At Al. Zygmuntowskich 5 In Lublin (Hereinafter Referred To As The Stadium). The Design Documentation Should Take Into Account Both The Possibility Of Implementing The Basic Task (Order) - Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Stadium With A Partial Roof To The Extent Described In Detail In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) - As Well As Tasks In The Scope Of Options - Construction Of A Roof Over The Stands And The Speedway Track Of The Entire Facility. B) Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Stadium Along With Land Development In Accordance With The Documentation Referred To In Point A) Above Within The Scope Of The Basic Task, I.E. With Partial Roofing; C) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Obtaining A Permit To Use The Facility Constructed In Accordance With The Basic Order. Stage Ii (Optional Order) The Subject Of The Order Includes: Construction Works Consisting Of A Roof Over The Stands And The Speedway Track Of The Stadium, Along With Land Development, Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit - If Required On The Date Of Acceptance Of The Works.
