The Operation Consists Of Creating A Complete Split “Diamond” Type Interchange, Requiring The Creation Of: • 2 Engineering Structures As An Overpass At The Crossing Of The A61; • 4 Auxiliary Intersecting Lanes, Connecting The Close Entrances/Exits Between The Surrounding Interchanges In Each Direction Of Traffic. The New East Junction Interchange Will Be Located On A Toll-Free Section For Internal Traffic And Will Allow Exchanges Between The A61 And The M16. It Will Be Located Between Interchange No. 17 (Lasbordes) And Interchange No. 18 (Montaudran), The Latter Being Separated By Approximately 2.5 Km. The East Junction Interchange Will Be Located: • 1.5 Km From Interchange No. 17; • 1 Km From Interchange No. 18. The Operation Consists Of The Construction Of A Complete Motorway Interchange And Four Associated Intersecting Lanes: • Clearance Of Rights-Of-Way, Fences And Gates; • Earthworks, Roadways, Retaining Walls, Sanitation, Hydraulics (Water Collection, Crossing And Management Works), Equipment And Signs (Horizontal And Vertical): O 1 Interchange And 4 Junctions Connecting To The Local Road; O 4 Intersecting Lanes Between The New Interchange And The Existing Interchanges On Either Side, By Widening The Current Section; O Connections Of The Project To The Existing (Current Section And Shoulder Straps) At The Ends; • 2 Structures, Including Associated Retaining Devices; • Directional Signage In The Project Area, As Well As Upstream/Downstream For Vertical Signage (And Associated Restraint Devices); • Dynamic And Operating Equipment, Lighting, Electrical Networks And Fiber Optic Operating Networks (Including Deviations); • Vrd, Lanes/Tracks For The Operation And Maintenance Of Structures; • Three-Color Light Signaling (Slt) At Intersections Connecting To Local Roads; The Work Is Carried Out Under Motorway Traffic.
