Refuse Transport Services – Open Electronic Tender Above The Limits For The Provision Of Services For The Transshipment And Transport Of The Daily Mixed Waste Of The Municipality Of Paxos. The Object Of The Contract Is The Transshipment And Transport (Sea And Land) Of The Daily Mixed Waste From Paxos To The Legally Operating Waste Treatment Facilities (Wtp) Of The Compulsory Solid Waste Management Association Of The Administrative Unit Of The Epirus Region, In The Ioannina Regional Unit Of The Epirus Region, Under The Direction Of Of The Contracting Authority, With Suitable Vehicles Of The Contractor As Well As Using Sea Means Of Transport. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Transshipment As Well As The Transport (Sea And Land) Of The Msw Of The Municipality Of Paxos, The Estimated Quantities Of Which Amount To 1052 Tons For Ten (10) Months Or Until The Quantities Are Exhausted. The Municipalitys Garbage Trucks Will Empty Their Load Exclusively And Under Penalty Of Exclusion Directly Into Closed Type Equipment Completely Sealed Against Leaks And Seepage That Will Be Made Available By The Contractor. The Transport Will Be Carried Out Exclusively With Special Waste Transport Vehicles Properly Licensed For The Transport (Sea And Land) Of Msw, Modern Anti-Pollution Technology. In Addition, For The Good Performance Of The Service, It Will Provide The Appropriate Personnel, The Necessary Know-How, And The Mechanical Means, While For The Transport Of The Solid Waste (Sea And Land) It Will Provide All The Necessary Machinery And Equipment To The Municipality Of Paxos. The Transfer Will Be In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Applicable Law.
