X-Ray Inspection Equipment – ​​Purchase Of A Stationary High-Energy X-Ray Scanner For The Road Border Crossing In Malhowice Along With The Construction Of A Hall And Operator Facilities As Part Of A Project Co-Financed By The European Union Under The Financial Support Instrument For Customs Control Equipment (Ccei2). 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Stationary High-Energy X-Ray Scanner, Called An X-Ray Device, For The Road Border Crossing In Malhowice, Together With The Construction Of A Hall And Operator Facilities, Implemented In The Design And Build System. 2. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In Particular: 2.1. Functional And Technical Specification (Minimum Requirements) Of The X-Ray Device - Annex No. 1A To Swz, 2.2. Functional And Utility Program, Hereinafter Referred To As The F-U Program - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, 2.3. Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 3. The Implemented Investment Task Includes In Particular: 3.1. Delivery Of The X-Ray Device For Scanning Vehicles With The Necessary Software And Licenses For Installed Computer Programs And The Consent Of The President Of The National Atomic Energy Agency For The Use Of The X-Ray Device By The Ordering Party, Assembly And Installation Of The X-Ray Device Along With The Construction Of The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure; 3.2. Preparation/Development Of Design And As-Built Documentation, In Accordance With The Scope Specified In The F-U Program; 3.3. Approval Of Design Documentation; 3.4. Obtaining On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party All Documents Preceding The Commencement Of Construction Works, Including A Building Permit Decision; 3.5. Providing Authors Supervision During The Construction Of Accompanying Infrastructure, Assembly And Installation Of The X-Ray Device; 3.6. Execution Of Construction Works And Delivery Of Equipment To The Extent Specified In The F-U Program And To The Extent Not Included In The F-U Program But Necessary For The Installation And Proper Functioning Of The Offered X-Ray Device; 3.7. Obtaining, On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, A Permit From The President Of The National Atomic Energy Agency In Warsaw For The Ordering Party To Use The X-Ray Device Referred To In Point 4.3.1; 3.8. Obtaining A Permit To Use The Constructed Facilities On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party (If Such An Obligation Arises); 3.9. Commissioning The X-Ray Device And Performing The Required Tests And Measurements Along With Documenting The Results; 3/10 Conducting Training For The Ordering Partys Employees In Polish; 3/11. Provision Of Services During The Warranty And Warranty Period Of The X-Ray Device For A Minimum Period Of 96 Months - (In Accordance With The Obligation Included In The Offer) - Warranty Service In Accordance With The Conditions Set Out In § 10 Of The Agreement.
