Specification Of The Subject Of The Order The Pv Installations In Question Must Be Constructed In Accordance With The Documents Available To The Ordering Party, Indicated In Chapter. Ii Point 6, Including In Particular Technical Designs. Access To The Documents Indicated Above On The Terms Described In Chapter Viii. 1. Pv-1 Installation - In Accordance With Wp No. Wp/054071/2025/O08r00 Of September 2, 2025 And Technical Design. 2. Pv-2 Installation - In Accordance With Wp No. 093240/2025/O08r00 Of September 2, 2025 And Technical Design. 3. Type Of Structure - Earth, Pile-Type - Execution In Accordance With The Technical Design. Basic Requirements Below Are The Basic Requirements Specified In Relation To The Subject Of The Order And The Bidder, The Inability Of Which To Be Met By The Bidder Results In A Negative Assessment And Rejection Of The Offer: 1. The Subject Of The Offer Must Relate To And Be Consistent With The Subject Of The Contract Described In Chapter Ii And Must Take Into Account The Specifications Contained In Chapter Iii Of This Inquiry. 2. Minimum Warranty Periods, Counted From The Date Of The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Order: A) For Panels - 25 Years; B) For The Mounting System – 10 Years; C) For The Assembly Structure - 15 Years; D) For The Inverter – 10 Years; E) For Assembly – 3 Years. 3. Minimum Requirements For Warranty Service: A) Handling The Request In Polish; B) Taking Service Actions - Immediately After Reporting, I.E. No Later Than Within 24 Hours On Business Days And 48 Hours On Public Holidays From Notification Of The Failure. 4. The Maximum Contract Implementation Period Is 5 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Provided That The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Chapter Ii Point 7 Points A) To J) Will Be Performed Within A Maximum Of 3 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 5. Conditions Of Participation/Requirements For The Bidder - A Bidder Who Meets All Of The Following Conditions May Apply For The Award Of The Contract: A) Has Financial And Organizational Potential Enabling The Performance Of The Contract. In Relation To This Condition, The Ordering Party Requires That The Bidders Revenues For The Last Closed Financial Year Amount To At Least Pln 4 Million.
