Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Hydrated Lime Bid Bond: 50000/- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by the interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address given below from 2026.05.15 until 2025.06.04 between 09 00 hrs and 14 45 hrs on working days upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Sri Lankan Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Rupees with VAT (Rs.2,500.00). The method of payment will be by cash only drawn in favor of Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Council, Kandy. Bids must be delivered under registered cover in duplicate to the address below or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the address : Office of The Chief Municipal Accountant at or before 1.00 p.m. on 2026-06-05. Late bids will be rejected. Full Quality Report (SLS 1577:2017) & Samples of Hydrated Lime sample must handover to the Supply Branch at or before 1.00 p.m. on 2026.06.05. Bids will be opened soon after closing of Bids in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below on 2026.06.05. Bids shall be valid till 2026.07.24 and all bids must be accompanied by Bid Securities from a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka as mentioned above and it should be valid up to 2026-08-21.
