Request for Quotation for Provision of Problematic Waste Collection & Transportation Services Bidding Opens on: 14 May 2026 Due on: 24 May 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: Provision of Problematic Waste Collection & Transportation Services in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, in accordance with the Abu Dhabi Waste Management Strategy framework issued by the Environment Agency Abu Dhabi, hereinafter referred to as EAD. This responsibility encompasses: o Site Mobilization o Pre-Transportation o Collection and On-site Storage (where applicable), and Specialized Transportation o Transport and Disposal o Closeout Report Accordingly, DMT invites proposals from appropriately licensed EAD-permitted Environmental Service Providers, acting as a single Bidder or within a Joint Venture (JV), to provide the stipulated services for a base period of two (2) years. DMT retains the sole discretion to extend the Contract for an additional two (2) year, contingent upon the Contractors performance and formal Departmental approval. The appointed contractor will be responsible for the timely collection and compliant transportation of illegally disposed Problematic Waste (adhering to regulations set forth by EAD), including obtaining necessary permits and completing all required documentation as per the guidelines established by EAD. The appointed contractor is required to procure and maintain all required permits and other legal approvals in accordance with the applicable regulations in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi/ EAD permitting requirements (in particular) and carry out and fulfil all necessary documentation/ manifestation on behalf of DMT to properly collect and transport the Problematic Waste to the Nominated Treatment and/ or Disposal Location approved by EAD.
