From June to December, AHAC will organize: 6 Gender-Based Violence / GBV Workshops 4 Gender-Sensitive Parenting Workshops Each workshop will be delivered as one full training day, between June and December in Gaziantep. These workshops aim to strengthen awareness, prevention, and response capacities among refugees, with a particular focus on women, parents, and vulnerable families. The sessions will address key topics such as domestic violence, protection mechanisms, survivor-centered approaches, non-violent parenting, family communication, and challenging harmful gender stereotypes. We are looking for experts with experience in one or more of the following areas: GBV prevention and response Gender equality and womens protection Survivor-centered and trauma-informed facilitation Gender-sensitive parenting Child protection and positive discipline Psychosocial support and family wellbeing Refugee protection and community-based awareness Selected experts may be invited to facilitate workshops, support the development of training materials, and contribute to safe, inclusive, and culturally sensitive learning spaces.
