During 2026–2027, The City Of Saarijärvi Will Implement The Construction Of A New Maintenance Building For The Ice Rink - Sports Field In Connection With The Ice Rink According To The Architects Site Plan. The 500 Mm Storm Water Drain Coming From The Area Of The Core Center Would Remain Under The Service Building, So The Hv Sewer Will Need To Be Relocated. According To The Centers Stormwater Management Plan, The Size Of The Stormwater Drain Under The Yard Of The Ice Rink Is Too Small And The Network Needs To Be Dammed, So A Larger Stormwater Sewer Renovation Will Be Carried Out At The Same Time. Schedule-Wise, The Old Maintenance Building Will Be Demolished In June, The Stormwater Renovation Is Estimated To Take Place Between July And October, And The New Maintenance Building Will Be Completed In November 2026 - August 2027. Storm Water Drains, A Short Section Of Waste Water Drain, Construction Of A Traffic And Parking Space Area, And Making A Trench For The New Maintenance Building To Be Built On The Side Of The Ice Rink In Accordance With The Tender Documents.
