In This Call For Tenders, Unmanned Aircraft System Refers To A Functional Equipment Unit/Assembly, Which Consists Of An Unmanned Aircraft/Aircraft Suitable For Safe Use In Accordance With The Systems Intended Use And The Applications, Devices, Equipment, Etc. Required For Its Use, Such As A Control Station, Cameras And Charging Dock. The Purpose Of Use Of The System Is Defined In The Procurement Object Criteria Section Of The Request For Tenders. In The Future, The Abbreviation Uas Will Be Used For The Unmanned Aircraft System, Which Refers To The Entire Equipment Set/Assembly. The Abbreviation Uav Is Used For The Unmanned Aerial Vehicle And The Controller Is Used For The Control Station. In The Future, The Abbreviation Pela.Uas Systems Will Be Used From Laplands Rescue Service For The Procurement Of Three Units In This Call For Tenders. In The Future, Pela Will Acquire 4-6 Uas Systems Annually, According To A Separately Approved Budget. Future Procurements Will Be Made Through The Dynamic Procurement System (Dps) To Be Established. The Goal Is To Implement The System So That The First Mini-Competitions Are Held In The Spring Of 2027.
