The Finnish Competition And Consumer Authority (Hereafter Kkv) Is Planning A Competition For A Search Engine Intended For Its Own Internal Use (Enterprise Search Engine). With This Request For Information, We Want To Map The Available Solutions And Get Additional Information. This Is Not A Request For Quotation Or A Notice Of Purchase. The Presented Requirements Are Preliminary And Will Not Necessarily Be Used As Such In The Planned Call For Tenders. Kkv Is Asking Market Operators For Feedback On The Whole And Especially The Preliminary Requirements Presented By Kkv. Preliminary Requirements Identify Yes Required From The Text. We Have Presented Both Technical Requirements Related To The Solution And More Generally Requirements Related To The Operator (E.G. Desired References). We Are Also Interested In Alternative Solution Proposals, I.E. For Example A Different Solution Architecture Or Otherwise A Different Approach. If The Alternative Solution Does Not Meet All The Mandatory Requirements Presented Here, We Strongly Recommend You To Contact Us And Briefly Explain What Is Problematic About The Requirements. Kkv Recommends That You Contact Kkvs Ict Unit Directly Via E-Mail In This Matter. The Planned Solution Should Enable Searching For Files From Several Different Data Sources (Systems) With One Search. You Must Be Able To Enter A Search Word Or Several Search Words. In Addition, The Use Of Boolean Operators Must Be Possible. The Search Must Be Able To Search The Contents Of The Files. The Search Must Not Require The Specification Of Specific Metadata In The Target Files In Advance. In Connection With The Search, You Must Be Able To Limit File Types, Such As Files, Images And Videos. The Users Of The Search Are All Kkv Employees. The Application System Must Be Ready, Functional, Easy To Use, In Finnish, A Tested Entity, And The Required Basic Features Must Be Available At The Start Of The Contract Period.
