Tenders Are Invited For Supplementary Individual Support (Aio) Wmo-2015

The Agreements For Additional Individual Support (Aio) Expire On April 1, 2027. In The Context Of The Social Support Act (Wmo 2015), The Municipality Has The Task Of Concluding New Agreements With Aio Healthcare Providers. Aio Is There For Amsterdam Residents Who Have Limitations In Functioning Independently And Are Therefore At Risk Of Losing Their Self-Reliance. The Present Assignment Concerns The Contracting Of Providers Who Provide Specific (Specialist) Individual Support Within The System That Supplements The Support Provided By The Neighborhood Teams. This Offer Is Intended For Amsterdam Residents Who Need Specialist Support That Cannot Be Provided By The Neighborhood Teams. The Present Assignment Is Divided Into 5 Lots: 1. Acquired Brain Injury (Nah) 2. Mild Intellectual Disability (Mid) 3. Autism 4. Auditory Sensory Impairment 5. Visual Sensory Impairment It Is Permitted To Submit A Tender For Multiple Lots. The Basic Principle Here Is That The Municipality Aims For At Least Two Providers Per Plot For Freedom Of Choice.
