The Village Of Chase (Owner) Invites Proposals, Through This Negotiated Request For Proposal (Nrfp), From Proponents For Thewastewater Treatment Plant Upgradeproject. The Proponent Is To Include The Following Work That Represents A Base Proposal: Headworks Upgrades: Earthworks Headworks Structure Concrete, Treatment Equipment, With Walls And Roof Sanitary Sewer, Forcemain, Spray Bar Water Pipework Flowmeter Chamber And Internal Piping. Spray Bar Water Supply Equipment Chain Link Fencing And Landscaping. Lighting Electrical Power And Controls Tie In To Existing Treatment Cell #3 And Treatment Cell #2 Outlet Upgradesc/W: Earthworks Control Structures C/W Valving, Instruments, And Grating Sanitary Sewer And Air Header Pipework Hdpe Liner And Vent Piping Floating Aeration System Blower Upgrades, Mechanical Piping, Chain Link Fencing And Landscaping. Rib #7 Upgrades: Earthworks Sanitary Sewer, And Forcemain Pipework Precast Concrete Apron Rapid Infiltration Basin Upgrades: Earthworks Sanitary Sewer, And Forcemain Pipework Precast Concrete Apron In Addition To Responding To The Base Proposal, The Proponent Is Invited To Propose Any Innovations That The Proponent Believes Will Reduce The Cost Of The Project, Improve The Constructability Of The Project, Or Improve The Performance Of The Structure. The Intent Is For The Proponent To Use Their Knowledge Of Construction Practices To Improve The Overall Project By Shortening The Construction Time Frame And Reducing The Overall Project Cost. Optional Site Meeting Each Proponent May Reach Out To The Owner’S Representative To Attend An Optional Site Meeting On May 26, 2026 At 9Am, To View The Site And Meet With The Owner And The Owner’S Representative. Any Questions Answered In These Meetings Will Be Summarized And Provided In An Addendum For All Proponents To Review. Proponents May Also Contact The Owner’S Representative To Arrange An Alternative Site Visit At Any Time To View The Site Conditions On Their Own. The Optional Site Meeting Will Be The Only Opportunity For Prospective Proponents To Meet With The Owner. This Is Not A Mandatory Meeting.
