Any Disbursement Under The Signed Contract Shall Be Subject To The Approval Of Financing By The Bank. These Support Measures Are Expected To Enable Job Creation And The Empowerment Of Vulnerable Women. Finally, The Project Promotes Social Cohesion Between Refugees And Host Populations By Adopting The Following Approaches: (I) Leaving No One Behind, Thereby Contributing To Strengthening Social Cohesion Among Beneficiaries; And (Ii) The Triple Nexus Approach By Consolidating Ongoing Emergency Interventions In The Countries For Sustainable Development. To Successfully Accomplish Its Mission And Meet The Project Objectives, The Consultant Will Notably Be Required To: Carry Out A Mapping Of All Non-Agricultural Trades Practiced In The Project Area; Conduct An Analysis Of High-Potential Non-Agricultural Trades In The Project Sites; Identify The Production Equipment Needs Required For The Proposed Trades In The Project Sites; Quantify And Describe The Technical Specifications Of Production Equipment According To The Different High-Potential Non-Agricultural Trades Identified; Propose An Implementation Framework For High-Potential Non-Agricultural Trades And The Acquisition Of Production Equipment, Taking Into Account Difficulties Encountered By Promoters Of Such Trades In The Past; Conduct An Analysis Of Access To Financing For Promoters Of High-Potential Non-Agricultural Trades; Analyze Risks Related To The Implementation Of High-Potential Non-Agricultural Trades And The Acquisition Of Production Equipment And Propose Mitigation Measures For Populations Affected By The Effects Of The Crisis In Eastern Drc.
