General Procurement Notice For Procurement Of Goods, Works And Services For This Building Resilience Of Youth And Women Entrepreneurs In Disaster Affected Areas Project Building Resilience Of Youth And Women Entrepreneurs In Disaster Affected Areas The Principal Objective Of The Project Is To Improve The Recovery And Continuity Of Youth And Women Led Micro And Small Businesses In Disaster Impacted Areas Of Ethiopia For Sustainable Livelihood And Peace. The Specific Objectives Are To: (A) Promote Jobs Recovery In The Target Areas To Curb Illegal Migration And Prevent Conflicts Fuelled By Youth Unemployment And (B) Support The Recovery And Resilience Of Youth And Women Led Micro And Small Enterprises To Create Sustainable Livelihoods That Offer Young People Hope, Stability, And A Future Within Their Own Communities. The Project Is Structured Around Four Components Designed To Support The Recovery And Growth Of Disaster Impacted Youth And Women Micro And Small Enterprises And Strengthen The Entrepreneurship Eco-System In The Target Areas: Component 1: Access To Finance Component 2: Enhanced Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Support & Business Development Service Delivery Component 3: Support The Operationalization Of Policy Reforms Component 4: Project Management Procurement Of Goods, Works And Services For This Project Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The BankS Procurement Framework (October 2015) Which Is Available On The BankS Website At Http://Www.Afdb.Org And In Line With The Provisions Stated In The Protocol Of Agreement.
