Sandvika Teater, Kinoveien 2, Sandvika, Was Built In 1959 As A Cinema, Which Was Later Converted Into A Theater With A Stage For Children And The Youth Theatre. Sandvika Theater Is To Be Rehabilitated Inside. Rehabilitation Is Planned To Be Carried Out In Stages To Reduce Downtime For Users. Work Covered By This Competition Is The Replacement Of Chairs Etc. This Is Part Of The Rehabilitation Of Sandvika Theatre. It Is Assumed That The Chair Contractor Relates To The General Contractor For The Entire Project, Who Is Responsible For Coordination And The Like. Reference Is Made To The Requirements Specification. The Client Has Assessed Section 7-9 Of The Procurement Regulations. For This Procurement, It Is Considered Most Appropriate To Take Care Of Climate And Environmental Considerations Through Requirements In The Requirements Specification, Including Requirements For Standards, Environmental And Health Requirements For Textiles And Reuse Of Existing Chairs. These Requirements Are Considered To Provide A Better Climate And Environmental Effect Than Weighting The Environment As A Separate Award Criterion With 30%
