The Villarrica Hospital, Through Its Supply Department, Requires The Acquisition Of Cassette Supply Agreement For Dialysis Service Cycler, For The Villarrica Hospital, The Contract Will Be Executed For A Period Of 24 Months, And May Be Renewed For Up To 12 More Months, For Well-Founded Reasons, To The Extent That There Is Financial Availability And The Results Of The Evaluation Reports, At Least Once A Year, As Warranted.
