Consequently, The Successful Bidder Must Guarantee The Continuity Of The Licensing Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Ensuring That The Tgr Maintains At All Times The Right To Use The Contracted Licenses, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Conditions.
