The Implementation Of These Procedures Outside Of Institutional Hours Makes It Possible To Significantly Shorten Diagnosis And Treatment Times, Avoid Referrals To Other Healthcare Centers And Reduce The Clinical Risks Associated With Waiting Or Transferring Patients In Critical Condition. This Considerably Improves Patient Survival, Clinical Outcomes, And The Efficiency Of The Hospital System. This Hiring Is Necessary Given That The Establishment Does Not Have Sufficient Resolution Capacity To Respond To All The Demand For This Type Of Procedures, Especially In Emergency Or Clinical Priority Scenarios.
