The Clients Offer All Interested Pharmaceutical Companies That Meet The Eligibility Requirements Listed Below To Conclude Identical And Non-Individually Negotiable Discount Agreements. The Earliest Possible Start Of The Contract Is August 1St, 2026, All Contracts End On April 30Th, 2027. The Offer Must Be Available When The Contract Begins On August 1St, 2026 And By June 21St, 2026 At The Latest. For A Later Start Of The Contract, The Deadline For Submitting Offers Is The 21St Of The Respective Month For A Contract That Starts On The First Day Of The Next Month (Example: Contract Start September 1St, 2026; Deadline For Submitting The Offer: July 21St, 2026). A Contract Can Be Concluded At Any Time During This Term, But No Later Than February 21, 2027. The Contracts Can Be Terminated With Eight Weeks’ Notice To The End Of The Month.
