Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services - Specialist Planning, Structural Planning In Accordance With § 49 Hoai_New Construction And Renovation Of The Education And Information Center, Jamlitz Memorial Site. An Education And Information Center Is To Be Built At The Memorial Site. The Commemoration Is Aimed At The Time It Was Used As A Subcamp Of The Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp From 1943 To 1945 And Its Subsequent Use From 1945 To 1947 As A Soviet Special Camp. Following These Uses, The Properties Were Divided And Handed Over To New Settlers. There Are No Buildings Left From The Memorial Period. There Are Currently Two Buildings On Parcels 410 And 411, A Settlement House And An Outbuilding. It Is Planned To Build A New Ground Floor Building For The Education And Information Center, Which Will Have A Training And Lecture Room, A Library And Offices. The Neusiedlerhaus (On Parcel 411) Is Being Renovated To Reflect The Subsequent Use Of The Site. This Building Is A Listed Building. A Measurement Is Available For The Building To Be Renovated. The Commissioning Is Carried Out Gradually On The Basis Of The Corresponding Model Contracts From Rlbau - Initially Up To Service Phase 4 - And Without A Legal Right To The Commissioning Of All Service Phases Or Parts Of The Service.
