In Accordance With The Agreement Concluded Between The Węgliniec Commune And The Lubań Municipality Of March 1, 2012. 2) Organization Of Selective Waste Collection In The Commune In Accordance With The Specifications Divided Into Fractions Specified In Resolution No. 197/Xvi/19 Of The Węgliniec Municipal Council Of December 5, 2019 On The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Commune And The City Węgliniec From And The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of December 29, 2016 On The Detailed Method Of Selective Collection Of Selected Waste Fractions (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 906). 3) Enabling Owners Of Residential And Uninhabited Properties In The Commune And City Of Węgliniec To Rent, Lease Or Purchase Containers For Collecting Municipal Waste. 4) Providing Owners Of Residential And Uninhabited Properties In The Commune And City Of Węgliniec With Bags For The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste Or Containers With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 1 M3, Standing In Areas Intended For Public Use, Used For Selective Waste Collection. 5) Enabling Owners Of Residential And Uninhabited Properties In The Commune And City Of Węgliniec To Provide Washing And Disinfection Services For Municipal Waste Containers On The Basis Of A Separate Price List. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have The Technical Capabilities To Wash And Disinfect Waste Containers. 6) Development Of A Municipal Waste Collection Schedule. 7) Maintaining Documentation Related To The Activities Covered By The Subject Of The Order.
