Surgical Laser – Fnmh - Co2 Chirurgický Laser. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Supply Of A Co2 Surgical Laser (Hereinafter Referred To As The Device), Including Accessories For The Needs Of The Fnmh, According To These Binding Contract Terms. The Subject Of Performance Also Includes: (I.) Ongoing Supplies Of Consumables For The Co2 Surgical Laser; (Ii.) Installation Of The Device And Its Commissioning, Including Verification Of Its Functionality, Performance Of All Prescribed Examinations And Tests; (Iii.) Briefing/Training Of Medical Personnel Will Be Carried Out By A Person Authorized To Do So Pursuant To § 41 Of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., On Medical Devices And In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices (Hereinafter Referred To As Act No. 375/2022 Coll.); (Iv.) Warranty And Post-Warranty Servicing Of The Device, Which Will Be Carried Out By A Person Authorized For This Activity, Based On The Manufacturers Certificate Of Service Technician Training According To § 44–46 Of Act No. 375/2022 Coll.
