Construction Work – Altfriedschule, Frintroper Str. 432A, 45359 Essen, Pollution Control Ba Iii. The City Of Essens Real Estate Industry Intends To Award The Contract For Gutting And Pollutant Remediation Work In Parts Of The School Building At The Altfriedschule At Frintroper Str. 432 In Essen As A Preparatory Measure For Extensive Renovation And Repair Work. These Are Selected Parts Of The Building (Components 1 & 2) With A Total Area To Be Worked On Of Approx. 1,750 M2. The Work Is Taking Place In A School Complex In Which Adjacent Areas Will Continue To Be Used For School Operations During The Measure. Intended Scope Of Services / Aim Of The Measure The School Building (Components 1 & 2) Is To Be Completely Gutted And, If Necessary, Subjected To Residual Clearance. The Aim Of The Work Is The Professional Dismantling And Pollutant Remediation Of Components 1 & 2 (School Building, Gymnasium, Basement Rooms). Furthermore, The Floor Structure Must Be Completely Removed Down To The Concrete. All Pollutants Must Be Professionally Removed Or Completely Removed And Disposed Of In Accordance With The Specifications Of The Relevant Technical Regulations And Laws. All Windows (Approx. 50) Must Be Removed. The Openings In The Facade Must Be Temporarily Closed. The Building Pollutants To Be Remediated Include Various Materials Containing Asbestos, Pcbs, Pahs And Kmf In Various Installation Situations. The Following Materials Should Be Highlighted In Particular (List Is Incomplete): Asbestos-Containing & Tar-Based Parquet Adhesive Including Floor Construction: Asbestos-Containing Window Connection Joints Including Window Dismantling: Asbestos-Containing Plasters And Fillers: Asbestos-Containing Tar Paper In Miners Pipes, Pcb-Containing Paint, Etc. Of Walls, Steel And Wooden Components Pah-Containing Potting Compound (Tar-Based) In The Floor Construction: Approx. 700 M2, Approx. 500 Running Meters, Approx. 50 M2, Approx. 400 M2, Approx. 300 M2.
