Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Specialist Planning Technical Equipment Hls New Building Raiffeisenstrasse Daycare Center Frankfurt Am Main. Description Of Services: At The Southern End Of Schäfflestrasse In Frankfurts Riederwald District Is The Building Ensemble Consisting Of The Philippus Church With The Philippus Childrens And Family Center As Well As Other Community And Residential Uses. The Church Building, Which Was Built In The Early 1960S, Has Been Closed Since The End Of 2023 Because The Roof Structure Is Considered To Be At Risk Of Collapse. As A Result And Based On Further Considerations, The Evangelical Regional Association Of Frankfurt Am Main And Offenbach Has Decided To Build A New Six-Group Daycare Center With An Attached Family Center In Place Of The Church And The Other Existing Buildings On The Property. The Existing Buildings Are To Be Dismantled After Careful Examination Due To Structural Defects And Other Serious Reasons. With A Compact Arrangement, The Available Area Is Larger Than Required For The Needs Of A Daycare Center/Family Center. The Unneeded Area Should Be Cut In Such A Way That It Can Be Divided From The Existing Plots And Used To Build A Residential Building. Daycare Center With Family Center: The Planned Daycare Center Includes A Toddler Room (U3) With 11 Children, A Kindergarten (Ü3) With 3 Groups For 21 Children Each And An After-School Care Center With 2 Groups For 20 Children Each, So That A Total Of 114 Children Can Be Cared For In The Facility. The Family Center Includes A Family Café, A Care Room, A Course Room And A Consultation Room, Which Is Also Used As An Office. The Daycare Center With Family Center Should Have A Maximum Of Two Floors; Also In The Sense Of Easy Supervision Of All Areas. The Main Entrance Should Be Located To The North In The Direction Of Cäcilie-Breckheimer-Platz Or Raiffeisenstraße. The New Building Should Have A Similar Urban Development Effect On The Square And The Street As The Church That Is To Be Dismantled. Pedagogical Usable Area 734 Sqm: Including 6 Group Rooms/Play Rooms, 6 Intensive Care Rooms/Sleeping Rooms, 1 Multi-Purpose Room/Exercise Room; Adjoining Rooms; Children And Family Center With Family Café, Care Room, Course Room And Consultation Room. Operating Areas 86 Sqm: Sanitary Rooms, Storage Rooms, Utility Rooms. Total Daycare Area: 820 Sqm. Project Objectives: Technical Requirements - In The Planning Phases That Follow After The Contract Has Been Awarded, The Contents Of The Construction And Equipment Description For The Construction Of Daycare Centers And Playrooms Of The Evangelical Regional Association Of Frankfurt And Offenbach Must Be Taken Into Account. Economic Efficiency - When Planning And Executing The Daycare Center, Particular Emphasis Is Placed On Developing An Economical Overall Solution.
