The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery And Transport, Bringing And Full Installation In The Indicated Room Of The Customs And Tax Laboratory Department At The Podkarpackie Customs And Tax Office In Przemyśl, Ul. Sielecka 1, 37-700 Przemyśl And Conducting Training For Users Of The Density Meter (Hereinafter Referred To As The Equipment), In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. 2. By Delivery And Transport, Bringing In And Full Installation, The Ordering Party Means Providing The Equipment With All The Elements Necessary For Its Proper Functioning. The Offered Equipment Must Be Brand New (Year Of Production 2026), Must Meet The Requirements For Legal Metrological Control, Including A Valid Type Approval Decision In Accordance With The Act Of May 11, 2001 - Law On Measures Or Equivalent Approval Resulting From The Provisions Of European Union Law, And Must Have All Certificates, Approvals, Declarations Of Conformity Required By Law And Meet The Requirements For Operational Safety Standards (E.G. Manufacturers Quality Certificate, Ce Certificate Of Conformity, Etc.), Must Meet All Minimum Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor Must Have Parameters No Worse Than Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 4.
