The Subject Of The Service Advertised By The Client Is The Delivery Of C-Parts From The Area Of Electronics And Industrial Supplies* Through Order Processing Via An E-Procurement Catalog For The Clients Ongoing Operations. The Contractor Delivers To Various Locations Of The Client Throughout The City Of Berlin, Including The Surrounding Area Of Berlin Within The Motorway Ring Of The Federal Highway 10 And The City Of Velten. The Client Intends To Appoint Two Reliable And Efficient Contractors As Framework Contract Partners As Part Of The Procurement Process And To Conclude A Separate Framework Agreement With Each Of Them. In Order To Cover The Contractual Core And Peripheral Range Of C-Parts In The Area Of Electronics And Industrial Supplies, The Contractors Must Have A Broad And Sufficiently Deep Range In The Area Of Electronics And Industrial Supplies. The Framework Agreements Become Effective When The Contract Is Awarded And Have A Basic Term From November 1St, 2026 To October 31St, 2028 With Regard To The Provision Of Services (Productive Operation). The Client Is Entitled To Extend The Contract Term For All Services To Be Provided Up To Two Times By Two Years Each, I.E. Up To A Maximum Of October 31, 2032, By Means Of A Unilateral Declaration, Which Must Be Received By The Contractor No Later Than 3 Months Before The End Of The Basic Term - In The Case Of An Extension That Has Already Taken Place, No Later Than 3 Months Before The End Of The Extension Period. For The Basic Contract Term (2 Years), The Estimated Order Volume For Both Framework Agreements Is Eur 2.7 Million Net And The Maximum Volume Is Eur 3.5 Million Net.
