The Municipality Of Großenbrode Intends To Convert Existing Premises At The Großenbrode Primary School Into An Open All-Day School (Ogs). As Part Of The Funding Application For The Expansion Of The Ogs At The Großenbrode Primary School, The Existing Connecting Corridor Between The Primary School And The Sports Hall Is Planned To Be Dismantled. This Is To Be Replaced By A New Two-Story Connecting Building. The Aim Of The Measure Is To Adapt The Existing Areas In The Primary School To Meet Needs And To Create The Spatial Conditions For Long-Term, Sustainable Use Of The Ogs. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Estimated Construction Costs Are €882,306 Net For Cost Group 300 And €344,257 Net For Cost Group 400. The Subject Of The Award Procedure Are Planning Services For The Service Profile Of Specialist Planning For Structural Planning In Accordance With Section 51 Hoai, Service Phases 1 - 6 And Special Services. The Commissioning Takes Place In Stages.
