Request for proposals for Implementation of Innovation System Design in Yemen. Diversity invites qualified consultants and service providers to submit their technical and financial proposals for the implementation of the Innovation Framework in Yemen , in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements contained in this announcement and its annexes, and in line with the organizations approved procurement policy and relevant best professional practices. 2. Diversity Organization announces this invitation as a single multi-package tender (Lots) for the implementation of innovation ecosystem activities in Yemen, as follows: Package 1: (Lot 1) Data collection, drawing and analyzing the innovation system, and building an organized database. Package 2: (Lot 2) Development of a bilingual, updatable interactive dashboard. Applicants may apply for one or more packages , and Diversity may award the contract to one or more providers based on the results of the technical and financial evaluation, and in a way that achieves the best value for money. Diversity Organization reserves the right to accept or reject any offer, or to cancel the tender in whole or in part, without giving reasons and without incurring any legal obligation. Scope of work by lot Package 1: (Lot 1) Innovation System Diagram and Data Collection This range includes: Developing the conceptual and classificatory framework for the innovation system. Design and implementation of data collection tools. Data collection and quality verification. Analyzing the ecosystem and identifying gaps and opportunities. Building a structured digital database. Contributing to the prototype launch workshop. Main outputs: An opening report and an approved methodology. A complete and verified database. Final bilingual analytical report.
