Tenders are invited for Capacity Building Consultant - M&E, Administrative Systems & Practical AI Tools (Short-Term Assignment). Deadline: 1 June 2026 Scope of Work The consultant will design and deliver a practical, hands-on training program integrating Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), administrative systems, and the applied use of accessible AI tools to enhance efficiency and quality of outputs. 1. M&E: Data Collection & Tracking The consultant will support staff in understanding key project indicators and translating them into simple, practical data collection approaches. This includes the development and use of tools such as attendance sheets, pre/post tests, feedback forms, and basic tracking using Excel. Within this module, AI will be integrated as a practical support tool for designing, adapting, and improving data collection instruments. Staff will be guided on how to: Generate and refine survey and questionnaire questions aligned with project indicators Adapt tools to different audiences (children, community members, stakeholders) using simplified language Review and improve clarity, structure, and relevance of data collection tools Quickly develop multiple versions of tools for different contexts or regions The focus will be on co-developing real project tools, with AI used to accelerate drafting while ensuring final validation by staff. 2. M&E: Reporting The consultant will strengthen staff capacity to produce concise, structured, and evidence-based activity reports by linking collected data to project results. AI will be embedded as a support mechanism to enhance reporting quality, speed, and consistency, enabling staff to: Transform raw field notes into structured draft reports Summarize quantitative and qualitative findings Extract key messages and insights from data Improve language, clarity, and professional tone of reports Standardize reporting formats across activities Attention will be given to critical review of AI-generated content, ensuring accuracy, contextual relevance, and alignment with project requirements. 3. Administrative & Project Support Systems The consultant will support the establishment of simple, efficient administrative systems to improve project organization, coordination, and follow-up. This includes activity tracking, documentation practices, and basic coordination tools. AI will be integrated to streamline routine administrative processes and reduce manual workload, including: Drafting and refining routine communications (emails, follow-ups, reminders) Supporting task planning and prioritization Structuring documents and standardizing naming conventions Generating simple templates for internal coordination and tracking Assisting in organizing information for quick retrieval and reporting The approach will emphasize practical, low-effort applications that staff can adopt immediately in their daily work. Overall Approach AI will be integrated across all modules as a cross-cutting enabler, with a focus on: Enhancing efficiency and productivity Improving quality and consistency of outputs Supporting staff in time-constrained environments The consultant will ensure that: AI tools are introduced in a simple, accessible, and non-technical manner Staff gain hands-on experience using AI within real tasks Ethical considerations are clearly addressed, including: Data protection Responsible use Validation of outputs The training will maintain a strong practical orientation, ensuring that staff produce ready-to-use tools and apply AI-supported approaches directly to their project activities. Methodology Interactive and practical approach Based on real project activities Focus on producing ready-to-use tools Deliverables Training plan and agenda Delivery of 6 training sessions Practical tools: Data collection templates Tracking sheet (Excel) Reporting template Simple administrative toolkit Final brief report Qualifications The consultant should meet the following requirements: Advanced university degree (Masters degree) in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Monitoring & Evaluation, Public Administration, Business Administration or related fields) Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in M&E and/or NGO capacity building Proven experience delivering practical, hands-on training for NGOs or CBOs Strong knowledge of M&E tools, data collection methods, and basic reporting practices Demonstrated experience working in Lebanon or similar contexts Strong facilitation and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Familiarity with the practical use of AI tools in programmatic and administrative work Fluency in English and Arabic is required Tender Link : https://www.daleel-madani.org/calls-for-proposal
