Request for proposals for Procurement of Consultancy Services for Conducting IEE/EIA Studies (As Relevant) under the National Environmental Act for Proposed 400/220 Kv Transmission Line Projects. The proposals, prepared in accordance with the RFP should be submitted to the Office of Director (Engineering), 6th Floor, National Transmission Network Service Provider (Pvt.) Ltd, No. 50, Sir Chittampalam A. Gardiner Mawatha, Colombo 02, at or before 10.30 hrs on 12/06/2026 under sealed cover. Late submissions will not be accepted. Technical Proposals will be opened immediately after the closing time in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
